Detail oriented and passionate, with 6+ years of experience, Katie is dedicated to getting to know her clients, developing their vision, and bringing that vision to life. Most importantly, Katie knows the secret to creating extraordinary customer experiences—identify the client’s expectations and exceed them.
Katherine Star Graves is no stranger to the Event Planning business. Born and raised in Auburn, Massachusetts, Katie was bit by the event planning bug as an undergraduate of Juniata College while acting as the President of the activities board. While overseeing a staff of over 250, Katie was responsible for planning and executing most of the large-scale events on campus.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College and becoming a CEP from QC Event School, Katie worked at a Boston-based company, LogMeIn, Inc, as the Office Operations Coordinator/Event Planner, where she assisted in planning external company events, like quarterly kick-offs, and internal company events, which included quarterly company-wide meetings, office seminars, annual summer outings, and holiday parties. She worked closely with caterers for business luncheons, hotels when providing travel accommodations for visiting clients, and other vendors when planning training seminars for the company. With stellar organizational skills and a great attention to detail, Katie has begun to build a name for herself as the “go-to" event planner at the company.
Katie is currently residing outside of Boston where she handles the operations for an early-stage technology startup.
